Most folks would have never taken my last two loads.
Heck I had to talk my self into the last one, lol.

But last monday I unloaded , booked a load for Wednesday 18 mile Dh, delivered Thursday, dh 120 miles , load Friday, deliver tommorrow morning.

2 loads , 7 days, 1256 miles loaded 138 dh, 5427 in revenue to truck , 4 foot tarp on last one. A bit of profit for a fairly easy week

Heck, going to Granite City should get you a good reload out of where you deliver if it's going to the mill. I don't mind that place. If not you still got options down in that area, I'd say not to bad of a deal for ya.

Exactly, I can't commit to more than one load at a time. Once the load I committed to is dispatched on me then I can commit to my next load. But if I'm in Columbus and there are 3 good loads leaving Columbus I can't commit to all 3 in hopes I get one of them.

Yes you can up til you are accepted on one. When you are looking for a load and aren't accepted and waiting on dispatch, you can commit to more than one. I do it regularly , example I am empty , I see 4 different loads leaving fort stewart,ga going to ft bliss, fort hood, fort mccoy,wi, and fort drum, ny.. I can commit to all four of I dont immediately get accepted on one.

It's the getting accepted that prevents that.

You also have to consider when I am ki n the process of looking for another loadmy wife is on the loadboard also, so when that's going on, the board gets refreshed every few minutes.

I think our record is being true #1 position and committing to the load 9 seconds after it hit the board.

Honestly since they did away with the board position for booking inbound loads, the quickness of acceptance has went up.

It rewards being aggressive and keeping parameters up to speed.

I typically keep coordinators parameters in a closer radius and higher rate than what I or my wife will set for load searches, I set mine to 750 mile dh, sometimes it work going after one like that

If you're on the order details screen, the one that you have to select the 4 boxes, then hit commit you automatically see "accepted" in place of commit or matched just like you said, regardless of position number, or if it has run the board! You're 100% correct on that! However, to find out if your really accepted on the load you have to back out of that screen. So if you were looking at matched loads, you commit to a load, see accepted at the bottom, back out to matched loads, look in the left hand column under status, you'll see that load will either have accepted or pre-selected! Accepted = you are stcuk on that load, pre-selected = you can select another load, or even go in and refuse it! Always back out of the screen after you see accepted & look in the status column!
