I have an account with KW. It's a cash account but they've always discounted anything I've bought.

Since you just leased on , yours was probably already updated with this so you wont see any difference.
The email was for ivg qcomm mine is an older mcp50 and nothing changed,
This was basically a change for older ivg units it makes them enhanced aobrd , people leased on before dec17,2017 are on aobrd, leased on after that are ELDskytrash Thanks this. -
did I just let an agent screw me? I delivered 30 minutes from my house mon. morn., couldn't find a good loads so went home. later I booked a load to IN. loads today 30 min. away going to IN. for $1770 on 1000 miles . agent calls this morning offers load from IN to PA loads 60 mile from drop pays 1200 on 450 miles but doesn't deliver till Monday .
he had a load out of PA so I accepted it.. after he dispatched me the load, the load out of PA fell through
I'm new at this, so did I do ok or not? the money is good but I don't like sitting on the load over the weekend -
Cheaper to get it to begin with. -
The initial issue is staying on a load over the weekend. That's separate from the load canceling.
You were stuck over the weekend with a 450 mile load in either case.
But as far getting screwed , hard to say. But the agent was looking for a truck, they threw the bait at you, you bit the hook.
Keep in mind you have initial expenses leading on, tags, etc. Going home in middle of week and then taking a short one over the weekend puts you with several days deductions.
Not trying to be harsh, but remember who said yes to the load, they can ask , but you can say no.
Learn from it, basically if you got screwed, you screwed yourself.
It's a learning curve , dont beat yourself up, learn and look for another out of pa. -

question is if you see a decent load do you go ahead and commit to it even though your reload plan is not confirmed?RStewart Thanks this. -
In reality neither of those loads are very good, one has a decent rate and the other has a lot of time on it.
You're going to make these "mistakes" in the beginning but don't sweat it. Like Mickey mouse said learn from it. It will get easier to determine what's a good load for you and what isn't.Highway Sailor, taodnt and skytrash Thank this.
