On a 13 speed is it ok to skip gears when I can? Like 5 low to 6 low?

The customer today told me he called to complain on that driver today and was transferred over to a guy named Bill., I cant think of the last name.

Bill told him that Mercer isn't going to stand for that and the driver will be dealt with accordingly.

I don't know how many service failures or claims it takes before Mercer let's a driver go here? I've never had to deal with any of that

 

Can drive it like a 9 speed if you want to, only split the top gear. Most efficient way to drive it if you’re on flat ground.

 

Hopefully they count this as two...

 

Anybody else think New phone system sucks. Called my coordinator today can barley hold conversation because of all of the background noises. Or is it just me..?.

 

I changed my mind last week, and this one's not any better.

 

No it's not just you. Couldn't hold a conversation with my coordinator today either so we just texted back and forth, made things easier.

 

Im able to hear my coordinator just fine. But every time he calls it shows its coming from a different number so i can no longer screen the calls to avoid being hassled by the run down board.
