My load notes I wrote down yesterday had my load paying $1806.82 then this morning I'm looking at the contractor web and it changed to $1984.28...

First time I've ever seen that happen, obviously in my favor but must have added more to the fuel surcharge?

Fuel has been on the rise for sure, I paid 3.19 this morning In Minnesota.

 

I see that fairly often out west. Sometimes I don't see it until I get my settlement.

 

FSC might of changed. Fuel went up another 6 cents over night

 

I see they've added a lot more of those Houston to Lockburne,,Ohio loads that a couple of us on here did back in July-august I remember @TruckerPete1990 you said you did one of them cant remember who the other guy was anyhow,

LOL. They've gotten cheap and dropped the rate this time around....

 

No shocker there. People are willing to work for cheap anymore The problem is frieght is gonna slow down all the new guys with truck payments they need to make that payment so they will run for super cheap just to make ends meet.. Bound to happen with all the used trucks sold this year xD

Yup, already been slowing way down with freight... Going to be an extra slow winter IMO.

Been having to run outside of the usual few states I travel in as that area has become blah. Been having to "study" the board more than I ever have to get myself a lane also...

 

yeah why i wanna do ups this winter again. Plus i need the $$ so i can get some things done to this truck i wanna fix

 

Did anyone see the video of those idiots in DC shutting down the interstate.. This is why i hate Truck drivers anymore...

 

Yeah, the general public hates us enough already, so lets do everything we can to piss them off where they make the rules & regulations we already have too much of. People tend to remember the bad things and act on them far more than when someone does something good.
