    That's just industry wide LOL.

I think a lot of dispatchers, freight agent, broker, or who ever seem to forget that these are trucks not helicopters or race cars...

No I think its more, they got big truck payments, big Apu payments, house mortgage, a motorcycle payment, wife's got a car payment, credit cards maxed out etc etc etc... No money in the bank, paycheck to paycheck, taking fuel advances to pay the bills and just one breakdown from going out of business.

I have a big trk payment...yet i do good enough to take 2+months off this year and still do pretty #### good... Some of these morons can't even manage their personal finances... That its pretty reasonable to believe that a lot of these guys have no business being an owner operator or such at all..

Absolutely. It's an easy business to get into and that's never going to change. People can finance a $80k truck but cannot qualify for a home loan...it's insane really.

You can have piss poor credit and get a loan moutain truck for $2600/month... I do realize that they require a bigger down payment. There was a guy in Lville who had a Quality lease truck and was paying 700/week on a 7 year term!!! How the heck can that guy afford to sit and not run nonstop.... Has bad credit and can't get a loan to refinance and cannot save any money for a down payment on reasonable priced truck, let alone cash to buy one outright.

Ya $700 a week is nuts. I have good credit and put a lot down on my truck, definitely didn't go through loan Mountain
