Just looking to keep it up at the house or are you're batteries getting weak?

I nabbed a full set of 4 Exide 925 CCA batteries from Pete in Van Buren/Alma AR for around $350 otd when they were on special a month or two ago. I just got back in the truck this afternoon since the Monday before Thanksgiving and it fired right up. We've always run ours for two years then change them out. Unless something goes wrong and we get one that goes bad inside a year.

You can get a Schumacher charger/maintainer for $125ish from Amazon.

I used a "BatteryMINDer" at the house. Those little charger/maintainers work great for extended stays at home.

A lot of things go into fuel economy besides aerodynamics like I took the side stacks off and made it a grass burner and having a ported exhaust manifold and larger turbo and tires and mostly speed.

Anybody ever use the oversize banners that hold your flags? Just bought some and was wondering how well they hold the flag in.

I realize that. I have a grass burner, have cut my speed down to 63-65, lift axle on trailer...

Doesnt really seem to matter what I do or how much I slow down I cant seem to get over or at least 7mpg...
