    One thing, if your headache rack is mounted with U bolts, make sure you have clearance for those.

    Shoes and spring kits are 40 bucks a set. Drums are about 125. Its unlikely you need drums, a good rule of thumb is every other shoe change. Takes me about 45 minutes start to finish for each wheel end, but I'm a watch builder and will take the time to burn out the old roller bushings and press in new ones. Ive never even heard of a real shop taking the time to do this, yet they still charge you the book hours which includes that step.

    Here a issue I'm running into.. I cant move my fuel tanks because of strap. I need 4 inches.. 20190110_073545.jpg

    A lot of work, but you could drill the frame and move the strap.

    Just have a Dorothy installed and idle the truck. Much cheaper and simpler.

    Just got my understanding of Mercer six-month inspection corrected mine has been due by the end of February and August since I started last year I got mine done in July since I was home and witch was in the 60 day window I didn’t know that it would move my due by date now I have to have it completely by end of January and July also I thought you had to have every other one done by Mercer not the case it’s one per calendar year so even though my last one was Not done at Mercer I can still have this one done at home
