i wont give out too much info. i have seen nothing but bad things come of that. if i post information it will be good to get the general idea of whats going on but parts of it will be a fabrication. somewhere numbers or product or shippers etc will be askew. putting info on the internet is a good way to loose customers.

personally i think skateboardman gives out too much info. i know hes trying to show that mercer is a good co. he is proud of them. ME, i couldnt care less what anyone thinks. if someone doesnt like it then good, more freight for me. i gave up trying to.convince people.of anything long ago, im just here for fun now.

All my paper work is done he wanted me there Monday or Wednesday but I'm not sold yet. I asked him if I got there could he show me whats on it he said no after all the BS is over I would have a password. I really don't see what the big deal is anyway I have looked at LS a few times I just want to see the rates in a few places. I just can't make money pulling $1.69 a mile stepdeck freight

    Then you're wasting your time.
    Recruiters don't understate average rates.
If they wont send you screen shots of a few load searches that's a huge red flag.

If your not making money at $1.69, you might not like it at Mercer. I do better than that but only because I cherry pick the freight but run low miles to do it. To get 2500 miles a week, I'm not sure I could do better than 1.69 average.

    horsecrazychic22 Thanks this.

I do beleive the recruiters are upfront and honest here at Mercer. They put on no show.

generalities my man, dallas means the dallas area. i never give exact locations only the general area, the miles and the rate to the truck however are correct. and flightline is on target, i cherry pick , over 2000 miles a week for me is a stretch. this week for example from last tuesday til i drop tommorrow will be 2500 including deadhead it has about killed my old butt.

amd allan m, its not really a red flag at all. just a little to much info. fact is the rates are no different than anywhere else you have rates all over the place, its up to you to choose whats right for you, some loads placed on our board that they know no one will pull, but they run the board and then are brokered out. is everything on the board 2.50 a mile and up NO, is everything 1.40 NO.

    horsecrazychic22 and Flightline Thank this.

It's like this I can get $3.00 a mile freight all day long but it goes west or somewhere you can't get loads out LS called friday with a load going to Denver paid $3,200 from houston but I know better last time I couldn't find anything because of what I could carry.
I really just need to sale my step and get a flatbed I know I could stay busy with one
