Thanks blind driver about the tip on the citgo truckstop in plainview, ma. Thats where I be right now. Skateboard, I'm learning. Got unloaded near boston about 1030 loads kept getting cancled or I didn't have a twic. Got to be 330 and was driving my self crazy lookin fo a load, thought about what you said and told the co I'm going to go eat and have a hot shower and try again in the morning. Forgot to say the only load she could book was in jersey, didn't want to bounce 240 miles for a 8ft tarp machinery load I didn't have the padding for. Did I choose wisely? Rob.

Last time I ate in the restaurant, the waitress asked what I wanted to drink.
    I said "sweet tea".
She said "we have Lipton Brisk".
I laughed and said "Lipton Brisk isn't sweet tea. Is that country music I hear coming from the kitchen?"
    She said "yes it is"
I said "You're not allowed to listen to country music until you get some real sweet tea in here"
She gave me a snarky look.

I got most of the customers that came in after me to ask for real sweet tea. We all gave her a bunch of crap the rest of the evening ;)

Apparently, sweet tea isn't available some where above NJ. I haven't found the exact line of parallel yet :biggrin_2559:

Long Island isn't bad. It's like any other place. Don't try to leave until evening about 10pm. I always stop at the parking area on the LIE for a few hours then roll across the GWB.

Sometimes a frosty waitress has to be warmed up. If not, she not going to like me much. Especially when I get everyone to ask for fresh sweet tea :)
