Correct they are all solid just the side n rear wont flash. Passanger side everything is fine. Now if I have all my lights off the driver side won't even light up.

Us as in Mercer, I no longer work here but I still know what's going on from all my buddies that's still here. Trucks still sitting in supposedly good areas, keep telling the drivers how it's still slow and it's gonna pick up. You know, the same bs they been feeding drivers since last fall lol. For me I went an got my authority.. Just made more sense for how I like to runJonJon78 Thanks this.

I believe it. I deliver in Minneapolis tomorrow morning and the only thing within 300 miles is 2 loads 218 miles away that pays Either $1.65 or $1.84 a mile. Are you freaking kidding me? I only live three hours from Minneapolis so I guess it’s time for me to go home for a little while.
-
The kick in the nuts about the whole thing was there was a load on the board this morning for a dry box and paying $1.99 a mile going up to Massachusetts. And there’s loads on the load board for dry box paying over a $1.65 a mile with that at 250 mile radius.
-
When I see dry box rates equal to or exceeding step and flat rates in part of the country that it shouldn’t.... I gotta wonder what the actual f is going on?
-
I've been watching that too. Dry van rates paying more than flat.
-
My coordinator has told me that they have had meetings concerning this mess But have been tight lipped about it and my coordinator has told me that they'd been instructed to just say it's slow.... Something is definitely going on

Mercer is getting out of the open deck business and shifting to be a van company. It's easier to find drivers to pull a van I guess. Don't have to worry about freight securement. lol
-
If that's what they want to do then they should just stop hiring for open deck. Why be chicken #### about it?
Just let it be known that they're going to transition to a door slamming company through attrition.RStewart, stwik, drvrtech77 and 1 other person Thank this. -
You say it for a joke but that might be the truth lolRStewart Thanks this.
