since april im at 85k thats not counting what i made before i left I only did 35k Before i left Mercer at the end of April so thats 120k

 

All good comes to an end.. Grossed over 20k this month and BAM the truck decided to it wanted a break lol.. Driving down the road and air dryer falls off and broke couple air lines LOL

 

Cheap rates are relative to the person pulling the freight. I don't have to run for rates as high as someone that has a new lease truck with $4000 monthly payments. The guy that has equipment that is paid off can run for even cheaper.

 

And when you haul it cheaper it brings the rates down for everybody

 

That's the perception but it's not the case. The shippers set the rates. The freight will get moved. .

I'm not gonna sit or make a long dead head just because you or anyone else doesn't want me hauling a profitable load for me even though it's not a good load for you. Sure, I want the highest rated just like anyone else but profit is profit and that's what I'm after.

Nope, I pace myself for $180-$190. The better I do, the more time I take off.
