Mine had a new engine but cummins has no record of it. Ecm is off by 50k miles and when u run the vin it pulls up a different ESN then what's in here.

 

Was that a former fleet truck for one of the megas?

 

What's the known issue?

I thought you had a newer than '13 truck.
I've heard of guys just getting new rings and cross hatching the liners. Might try running that expensive Valvoline oil for 30-40k.
I can buy a remanned Series 60 from a quality Detroit builder for $24k, $22k for an inframe is ridiculous...

 

Cummins isn't cheap my truck is a 14 engine is a 13

 

The overhaul kit alone is 5500 labor 6200 then u got the new head another 6,000. Not counting little things I could probably get it to 15,000 but I don't wanna reuse the head.

 

Who is doing it?

 

A shop in GA is gonna do it the plan is 2 weeks and I'll have it down there for a rebuil .
