    That could be Because it could be considered reckless driving and considering you have A CDL Anything over 15 miles an hour with A CDL is considered reckless driving...

    Just got off the phone with Raphiq, he told me that I should be good to apply with a truck that's 99 or older due if I don't mind ELD, which I don't mind at all.

    He also said that my ticket should be fine. With that being said, i'm applying right now. Wish me luck guys!
