i just read all of the thread about mercer & got all questions answered except for 1. do they hire felons? if so, how old must it be before consideration & does it depend on the crime?

I think the info she emailed me said felonies had to be ten years or older. Not positive on that though....

If you are a convicted Felon and are seriously interested in working anywhere, I would think that your best course of action would be to honestly discuss your situation with a recruiter. This way you have information on your specific situation rather than generalizations. For example a Felony bad check charge from ten years ago, or a Felony Sexual Assault last month should be looked at quite differently.
Also be aware that Mercer does not require Hazmat, or that you be able to take Canadian freight requiring a passport but new hires are expected to get TWIC. -
We do live in paradise. Just curious how you're doing at getting home- how often & for how long?

I'm out for up to two months and then a week off. I'm different than most though... No bills, family, rent ormuch else. I usually wake up one day and decide to go home. Right now I'm on my way home for a week. Going riding tomorrow, can't wait!

Thanks.. I've never done flatBed. My W900 fully fueled will weigh 20,700lbs.. I know thee want you to legally carry 45+.
