your log person can email them to you. I get mine every couple months. It's possible there will be more ways in the future but that's it for now.

Copies of logs are, I think, the easiest to establish per diem but not necessary, there are many different ways to do it.

Hey I have a question for you Mercer guys. Do you really have to do what the load coordinator says? I've been finding my own loads for the last four years and believe I've gotten pretty good at it. I know the bad areas of the country and only go there if the rate is high enough.

No you don't have to. You can go on the load board and get a load yourself or call an agent directly.

I never do what my coordinator "suggests"
Usually I'm on it before she even calls me to offer me the next move.
Sometimes when she calls me to offer a load I have not looked at, I ask her for 10 minites for me to pull it up and study what moves from the end of that load and if the price/commodity/miles are right.

I have to pick up a car in Casper WY. I have a 48x102 spread axle flat bed. Anybody know if I can just chain the axles like old days or with new csa guide lines do I need those straps with chains like car haulers use over the tires?

You get a specific amount of time, I think it's 7 minutes, before the system automatically passes you on it.

Any one want to come to Florida and rebuild this engine? Just found the oil pan filled up with water. Probably just a head gasket but I'll be #### if I'm pulling the head and not slap some pistons in her while I got her opened up. Was only a matter of time, just wish it would of happened in January instead of 95 degree august.

I don't believe it's any different than hauling a humvee. Is it? Well, besides the obvious.

    Jim837 Thanks this.

Strap over the tires as usual. No chains
