I think UPS is first offered to guys with doubles endoresment and then by senoity.

They didn't let me in on it, the first winter.

And I'm kinda surprised they still let or want me in on it.

    They contacted me every time.

Usually Mid October and it starts up mid Nov.

    Runs 6 weeks

But you should call your coodinator and ask about any openings left. Never know.

    fastforward1 Thanks this.

Haven't heard anything yet about UPS ourselves. Hope to hear from them by the end of the month. Of course, DH & I aren't convinced yet to do it. :biggrin_25522:

i started at Mercer in September last year and was offered a UPS package in October. I ran it, made good money, wasn't very hard. Crazy hours and aggravating at times but overall a pretty good gig. I do have doubles endorsement but never pulled any. I'm supposed to run it again this year but I haven't gotten my package yet.

Just received confirmation that my sleeper is going to built on December 8th so I'll be back after New Years. I don't think there's much sense in driving to buffalo from California to pick the truck up a week before Xmas, just to sit in the truck over the holidays. After the first, I'll be back out taking all your freight!

Is it common for Mercer not to have any trailers available? That is what I am being told, I wanted to switch to Flatbed/Stepdeck this month.

Also this will be my first time in the yard since orientation. Have to get my truck inspected. What can I expect? Do not like to sit in the yard. LOL!!

Hey guys, is it recruiting that you talk to to see if they have any fleet owners looking for drivers? Still trying to figure my crap out. Went back to TMC to get back into the swing of things, but want more money and such per usual.
