Awesome thanksgiving, not having a good time at work sitting at Clark Power in Pontoon Beach, IL getting DPF filter replaced $1, 500 estimate at least were tax exempt in IL

 

That's quiet high.. ouch!

 

Does anyone have a blank monthly maintenance report that they could email me?

 

Yeah it will be at 10pm though when I Park

My last DPF filter ran a lil over $2200 with labor. The est. was $1800

On a better note, I was approved by Mercer (figured I would be after being approved by LS). Was suppose to hit orientation on the 15th then I realized Xmas would be the next week and I would be sitting at home. So instead of starting out two weeks behind on a trailer payment, it was best for all for me to toast in the new year with some KOOLAID. Hope to meet you all in the new year. And thanks again for all the info guys (and gals).

 

It ended up costing me $3,374.98 I had to pay the core charge because when they took the filter out it crumbled so it wasn't a acceptable core, core charge was $1,800

 

That at sounds like a fair price actually. Painful I know.

@ over $2200 that's at least a 2000+ mile/week gone. From the other side it is a great investment with thousands of miles of healthy running.
