    I put wheel covers on my tractor. Have yet to notice any difference. But if it really only give a 2-3% improvement, it might take a longer time span to notice. Also right now I'm not pulling my own trailer so it makes it a little harder to get an accurate reading.

    20141204_095307.jpg Hi guys, I just I would let anybody interested in some snow socks, the petro in oak grove mo has them for $229. There are 2 in a package. I got 2 for my tractor, but couldn't pry open my wallet any further for 2 more for my trailer today. (Grin)

    Those driver appreciation shirts we ordered back in Oct and Nov. Did anybody get their shirts yet? I understand the order deadline was extended till Nov 22, and they were not going to ship until after that. Seems that Dec. 5 and no shirt is a little slow.:biggrin_25513::biggrin_25510: I talked to the guys in the office, they said give it a little more time.

    I got 3 packs at Sapp Brothers in Salt Lake for $724 got 1 set for my trailer and painted Green marks on the trailer ones they say they r for 255/70 but look really big haven't gotten to use them yet

    Haven't ran enough flat bed loads since doing the engine to get a new base line but before the rebuild, with rare exception I had no problem maintaining 7.2 to 7.3 loaded out and gets progressively better the less weight. Falls down to 6.3 to 6.5 if I'm having to run the mountains.

    Well I have to clean them every few days as the rub the rim down if I don't. So at the moment they are just a pain :(

    I never really considered aerodynamics to play a part in fuel mileage.

    After my last trip out here I thought I would have a chance to use mine, but holy crap its in the 50's through wy and ut today. I should be happy for the nice weather. Oh well, maybe next time.
