That's because everything you see and call about on the broker board is all the left over crap the leased on trucks won't touch. We gobble up all the good stuff and they the agents try to pawn off the junk to outside trucks. I would guess it to be very rare to see anything good on the broker board. Their first priority is to take care of those of us who are leased on, not outside trucks. We are very different than other companies with this type of business model.

That's right Oscar.
I had my own authority before I came over here to Mercer. And kept losing the good Mercer loads to the Mercer drivers. Now that I'v been here awhile, I see the real good loads usually don't even hit the board.
Not to mention, the big fuel discount and no games with our money. Payroll is really on the ball, and no hidden fees.horsecrazychic22 and nofilter Thank this. -
what if i wanted to go home every weekend at mercer???
horsecrazychic22 Thanks this. -

To get home every week, you need to live in a good area and have a light truck.
Us with the big houses, makes getting home alot slightly harder when one can only carry a payload of 42K or lighter. But the company lets you go home whenever you decide. Been times I've been by the house twice a week.horsecrazychic22 and nofilter Thank this. -
Im scared to make a decision honestly. I live near Charlotte NC. I spoke with Mercer today. He said military loads would end up being my specialty. Do they pay well?
I applied at ls but after seeing what has been posted I got a mercer app. Anybody at mercer want to take me under their wing? Lol
Can anyone throw some numbers out there?
Do they pay national fsc or is it combined in pay for the load?horsecrazychic22 and nofilter Thank this. -
i loaded today out of charlotte, 3.43 a mile to long island. i would say you would haul a/c out of charlotte more than anything else. or this stuff i loaded today. charlotte is a good area
