I'm not trying to be critical but you applied without knowing the basic answers about the company or the way it works? As I am not a recruiter and do not want to give you any bad information, I would suggest that you call a mercer recruiter with a list of all your questions. One thing I will say is that unlike most companies the Mercer recruiters are in house and not farmed out to the whole world.

You can also just read the web page as I believe every question you just asked is answered there. Again I do not want to answer, not because I don't think they are valid questions. Just because I don't want a typo or misunderstanding on my part to steer you in the wrong direction. I do wish you luck and hope that Mercer is a good fit for you.

Actually I just looked and I see how it could be a lil hard to find. There are two mercer web pages. Try them both.

ok here it is, its 75 per cent on the pay, and mercer doesn't do rentals on trailers, they do a lease purchase with no money down, make the payments and its yours. the charge for the trailer comes out on a daily basis, they take the payment divide by thirty and that it. probably 600 on flats or 20 bucks a day or 750 or so on steps and 500 or a bit more on vans.

you pull the same trailer , as it is yours , all the time. mercer pays any excess ifta taxes, bobtail is 20 bucks a month, and www.mercertown.com is the website to visit. what is the second website???

and yes we get 100 per cent of fsc.

the way mercer puts loads on the board is money to you, they give weight, miles , total money to truck , and also a per mile to the truck with all fsc, tarps etc added in. they pay within 8 working hours of scanning in paperwork . most times way less than that, you get about half the load up front for fuel etc..

best place in the world next to disneyworld

Interesting interaction with an agent today. First time since I've been here and it turned out really good, got more out of them than the initial posting. I think they needed it moved pretty bad. I thought it might be junk but turned out really nice pickup and going to a place I've been before that's nice so, whatever, it worked.

Yeah, when an agent is calling trucks to try to get a load moved, you know that the load has to go. That is when you can normally name your price and get it. Take advantage of those situations when they present themselves, they are far and few between.
