Thanks, thats the plan. The last oil sample came back very good so I will keep running it. I guess didnt realize how much I was going to miss that 9400. I guess I was suffering from the whole grass is greener thing. Are you moving yet? They were showing video of the backed up vehicles on the weather channel. If you get interviewed you should mention mercer or something so we know who you are. LOL

Not moving yet. But there is a bright light. I can see the tow trucks. Maybe another mile of cars and trucks to go before they get to me. My wife said she saw on the news how the national guard was evacuating people, and the red cross was going down the road giving people food, water and blankets. But I sure never saw them.
Edit to add. I think what's complicating things is all the abandoned vehicles. I personally saw about a half a dozen different groups cross the median and start hitch hiking south. If that's how many I saw in view, chances are a lot more did the same. This is stretched out for miles and miles.bigred81 Thanks this. -

It opened up at my location at 930ish. Just over twenty five hours of shut down. That. Was. Not. Fun. I should be able to make my delivery in pa before they close tomorrow, and then check into a hotel for the weekend. I could use a break after this.

who do we talk to at mercer about Equipment leasing and stuff i cant remember
-
Just call the switchboard and tell them what you want, they'll direct you to the right people.
-
what kind of equipment leasing??
-
I was talking to one of our Agent/Drivers he had a load for me I couldn't haul and it paid very well. But I needed ramps, I told him that I was going to be getting them soon and he suggested that I check with the equipment dept to see if we have any low drop stepdeck available with the 17.5 LP tires it would make better use of having ramps I could load more equipment with a 6in lower deck so I asked this morning but we don't have any available
-
you would learn to hate those 17.5 tires. Hard to find on the road. Cheaper to permit that extra 6 inch height when you need to.
Truckin Juggalo Thanks this.
