I cant help with the blowers, but the clutch linkage just above the frame by the firewall has a yoke with a pin in it connecting to the lower linkage that wears and was the cause of some of my rattling on my 2006 9400. But it would still rattle some so I just have the clutch adjusted and it goes away for awhile. When it starts rattling again, then its clutch adjust time again. Its cheap to have done, you could try that first.

Fifty bucks in labour to change a filter and grease it? Holy smokes. I So need to open a shop. Screw driving trucks if I can make that money on a 15 minute job.

Keep looking. It's a lot bigger than 3 blocks. And like has been said, just walk over to orientation.

    TruckerPete1990 Thanks this.

It's a carrier apu. It will charge my batteries just not give power to the ac/fan/heat.

Yea what a lot has told me today. The couple drivers I met so far seem to be great. Lots of advice.

Oh and Pete, don't miss out on the Chinese delivery service there. They have some of the best take out you can get. Also try to get yourself out to lunch if you are still there the day after orientation. Just ask your coordinator if anyone is going for gumbo. Maybe Monday, cause you are almost guaranteed to still be there then. Just won't be any good loads left for Friday by the time you are cleared to go. And it's always better to sit than take some crap load.

You will find everyone is nice. Thursday or Friday you should have lunch with your coordinator. And you really should leave your truck at the lounge until you have the lettering done if you don't use the free decals. Good luck man.
