Screenshot that when it happens, Mercer used to make the agent stand behind what was posted on the board.

I live in Colorado, it's really not that bad out here. Granted I've only been here a month now, but in that month I've been watching the board out here every spare moment I've had and it is possible to work the board out here too. Just like back east, you have to work it.

Edit: It will take a little more communication with load coordinator to do it out here. Definitely more freight back east, so more to choose from.

That is best I booked a load over memorial day weekend a week in advance and The customer change the load destination after I was dispatched The bill of landing was still addressed to Lexington Kentucky but the customer wanted it in Louisville when I got there Tuesday and they didn't want it there I called my coordinator and the dispatch order was changed on her screen but I had snapshots of both of the load I committed to and the dispatch order the agent apologize for for not letting me know the load changed and got the customer to come up two hundred dollars over what the load would've paid to Louisville and Mercer paid me the difference between Louisville and Lexington. I like a company that digs into its own pocket to make it right

This Christmas I booked a load out of northern Virginia to get me home. The agent actually called me before I saw it on the board cause it went like forty miles from my house, it paid alright so I went and loaded it, got the bol and punched the address in my gps, and realized it was going to another city with the same name but obviously different zip code nearly FIVE hundred miles away just outside Pensacola. So I called the agent and said we got a problem, he apologized for the mistake, said he had recognized the town name and just ran with it not checking the zip, having never heard of the tiny burg it was actually going to. Next thing he said was, I don't want you taking this back to the shipper, it's the 2pm the Friday before Christmas, I won't get another truck and you won't get another load home. How can I make it right? I asked if he could cover the additional expense of bouncing home after delivering monday. His response "name your number". I went with four hundred, low but i just didn't want to eat the fuel money, and he was making a big effort to do right by me. While still on the phone he added it right in on the load and said check the load again, you will see it is now paying you four hundred more. some of our agents are #### good people, but a few, I screen shot everything involving them.

Don't know when you'll make it to Philly but I'll be in PA through next weekend. If you make it to Bordentown give me a shout.
