Are you using the new cover sheet?

 

I did today when I sent in the load I delivered Sunday. we will see when it gets processed.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining here, more of a comical doesn't that figure shrug. That and I hate changing things that work perfectly well. for three years 99 times out of 100if I got my paperwork in before lunch, the money was in my bank that night. Since the change to"speed things up" it seems to have slowed things down for most.
I'm sure they will get it straightened out soon and will be back to normal but in the mean time I can't help but get a giggle over it all.

 

Why would they be closed Thursday?Figure people will stay cutting out early Friday, but expect a full staff for Thursday.
that's how it's always been before a holiday weekend.

 

Hmm must of miss heard my cord. He said something about being closed maybe he has his days off or something lol. Or I do heck I can't remember day of week most of time.

 

I got paid for 2 settlements I scanned in on Friday on SUNDAY. But the trip I scanned in Monday morning has yet to settle. I'm sure it's just them working bugs out. And I haven't printed the new sheet yet so I figured it was my fault anyhow. But them settling on Sunday tells me they are working on it.

 

I Got two loads I sent Thursday settled Saturday. Like you, figured it is them working extra trying to get the bugs out of the new system.

 

Mercer is closed this Friday. No coodinators will be working

So today 80 miles from customer I got pulled over road side inspection. He ask me do I have tanker endorsement. I told him no it's empty I don't need one. He says you do walks back to his suv and takes like 10 mins I called Mercer. Safety says anything that can hold more then 1,000 gallons you need it. Now it's panich mode I don't want a oos. He comes back says sorry they changed the law on what I'm hauling I'm good. Clean level 3. Oh soon as I pulled away he grabbed another truck lol.
