Are you wanting to just run pa?

 

No just trying to get an idea of deadhead

 

I just took a look at the load boar out of pa there's freight going east on van and flat there's freight going west tx ar Ky tn etc onvan and flat.. there's high paying freight van and flat going in to pa. And there's freight to and from most States.

Once you send it in about 3 to 4 days

 

That's to check your reference and be approved or not.

Anybody hear anything about Mercer slowing down on hiring lately?

 

I'd hope so... Mercer ain't big enough to have orientation everyweek like they've been doing unless the turn over rate is big.... im thinking there are more trucks than freight as it is

 

They've had two orientation classes every week since long before I came here. our turn over rate is no higher than any other trucking company, just feels that way considering how good of a fit it is for some of us.
For those of us that have done well here, we don't get what others gripe about. So we end up thinking something like "Some guys just can't hack it unless they are told what to do and when to do it"
