Grrr my exhaust pipe that comes out of turbo is bad. The lip that the clamp holds tight to turbo is broken. Hope fleet pride is open or the dealer today almost home.

l duddie, before you switch, how about trying a different approach? Maybe ask for a new. Coordinator, or go m ore with your own choices, you honestly haven't been here long enough to figure the system, go with your choices more. mi UN

I may do that but supposedly I have one of the best coordinator on the van side..I come from where u had to pick your own freight and didn't have an option if having a coordinator so when people say oh u just cant run yourself I laugh.. .I sat for almost 3 days because every load I committed to a driver ahead of me got the load... that's flawed to me... but as someone stated on here few days ago.. there is a small room for success and big room for failure on the van side.. getting on a dedicated route would be great but they're full out of my area which is expected..

Like I said, duddie., you haven't learned how to use board position. Its what some of us try to post, then some here lately tell us we don't know what we speak of. I will try once more. If you are at position 25 you have to modify a bit which loads you commit to, at 25 you simply won't get them. At 5 its a different game. But let me ask how hard are you trying to book loads ahead? I know you posted the other day about a load your coordinator advised you ag
I think you taken the system here wrong. You can completely run yourself. The coordinator is basically there to offer advice. You seem to think of yours as a dispatcher.
No its not flawed, you still thinking pumpkin. Learn this system and how to operate within it
