My question is....how much fuel does it burn each hour? How long is that generator going to run until it gives up? When it gets cold for the winter and he puts it in the garage for 5-6 months, will the generator still work next summer?
I'm going to let him be the guinea pig. If it works for the remainder of the summer, I'll put one on my truck next year. -

My truck is a 9400i Im call some places monday. I wanna see if they can use my APU and wire the rooftop ac into that.. Question is i had to cut the muffler off and it has a tin leak where i put my flexpipe on the back of the exhaust. Should i just get it the flexpipe welded? Its a tiny leak u have to get ur hand on it to feel it.

Get your oxygen/acetylene torches out and two pieces of brazing rod from tractor supply, will cost about 4 dollars and ten minutes.

If u wanna be really cheap you could just wrap the flex pipe with exhaust tape
. If its flex pipe I would just put a new piece on myself some places will cut ya a piece if not I think you gotta buy it in either 6 or 8 foot length and cut your own piece.
