On a Pete, That 1st bracket after the turbo down at the frame (1st bracket that supports exhaust to frame) if that gets loose it can transfer a lot of exhaust noise.

It's the one in middle under truck. It broke the bolt is badly rusted on. Used pb blaster on it with a hammer didn't move. Gotta torch it off. Got a new bolt for it.

 

exhaust work sucks, but it is something we can do our self and not pay $100+ hr.

 

Did it all myself. Spent almost 300 in parts.

 

4ft drops are all you need but I've never seen them lay out tarps to check so really just have your headache rack and your good

 

Exhaust mostly fixed got to buy a new stack part for top of muffler lol. Rusted bolt is out .
