Hey @spyder7723 good to see you back.

Pete, nothing wrong with short runs. I've been making a killing on them for the last few weeks. Few supper short runs but that 2-300 mile range has treated me super well. If I could line up 2 of those sub 100 mile trips a day I'd have to set a higher percentage aside for the taxman. Lol

I never left, was just at home most of July. And there was simply no time or energy for ttr. I'll be out here working for the next two or three weeks then back home till probably November.

Home is good. I've been trying to get there myself but things seem to have heated up the last few weeks and I'm a sucker for green. Lol

I had a nice short run this morning. 3.7 miles, paid $400, then went the 6.3 miles to pick up my weekend run.

I hear ya. But it's summer, kids are off from school so I always spend a lot of time with them this time of year and make it up the other 9 months. And got a baby on the way in late September, will be home for that and his first month of life to let him get to know who I am so when I do go back to work he won't freak out when I come back.Nothing hurts more than having your baby not knowing who you are when you pick them up.

@spyder7723 20 years in the military. None of my kids knew me when I came home. Glad you can be there.
