I am looking for suggestions for a 110 volt microwave for my 387 Pete. Just wanting to know what has been a good brand/ model over the years.

I use a small Sharp Carousel. It's tough it sits on top my fridge and when I go over those wonderful bridge transitions it slams against the storage area behind it.

Just make sure you pull that glass tray out each time before you begin driving. Ask me how I know.

Thank you for your help. I don't need much and space is limited.

I've always used the cheapest/smallest that Walmart sells.

As far as the glass carousel, I bought the cheapest spongiest pillow they sell and put it in a trash bag, then stuff it back in the microwave when not in use to keep the glass from bouncing around going over the ski jumps on our roads

Don't know if any of you heard yet. But in case you're looking for an oven. Claims to cook 70% faster using 75% less energy. I don't know what the watts requirement is though. I'm actually thinking of buying one for home. I don't need a big oven for just 1 person.

It's 1500 watts/12.5 amps. And is as large as most smaller microwaves.

I'm using a very cheap 1000 watt. I think it was from walmart or best buy. Surprisingly, Its the only one I've needed to buy. 3 yrs now and still work good.

Yep ... I've had mine for 6 years now. As far as the glass plate, keep the cardboard packing sleeve the plate came in and store the plate in it.
