that sucks, sorry to hear that
any time I was diagnosed with bronchitis the doctor has always sent me for a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia
I have had pneumonia 2 times in the last 15 years so anytime I feel a sinus infection coming on I always get to the doctor so it don't progress to anything worse

all I can say is get healthy and find a different urgent care to go to :)

Well the 3rd time I requested on but the dr. said that it wouldn't matter because the medicine was as strong as it got. But I made them take one and there was a noticeable spot (I saw it as soon as they took it). The dr. said it def. wasn't pneumonia and that they were sending it to a radiologist to review. I smoked heave hard cigarettes over a carton a week for 25 years and quit almost 3 years ago. It's always in the back of my mind that I may have to pay for it so you can imagine my thoughts when the dr said that.

Search it on u tube and there is at least one there. Just popped up when I was looking at Ozdriver or something. Had to check it out and they should be an inspiration to all of us.

    Quotes: from
    http://www.lpaonline.org/faq-

Q: What is the definition of dwarfism?

    A:
Little People of America (LPA) defines dwarfism as a medical or genetic condition that usually results in an adult height of 4'10" or shorter, among both men and women, although in some cases a person with a dwarfing condition may be slightly taller than that. The average height of an adult with dwarfism is 4’0, but typical heights range from 2’8 to 4’8.

    Q: What is a midget?

    A:
In some circles, a midget is the term used for a proportionate dwarf. However, the term has fallen into disfavor and is considered offensive by most people of short stature. The term dates back to 1865, the height of the "freak show" era, and was generally applied only to short-statured persons who were displayed for public amusement, which is why it is considered so unacceptable today.

Such terms as dwarf, little person, LP, and person of short stature are all acceptable, but most people would rather be referred to by their name than by a label.

kind of strange, just before I opened this thread for the first read I was searching what history I could locate for the giants on earth after stumbling upon some photo's like what is below. It now appears to be one of several that were entered in a photo editing contest then passed around with a story. hmm

    I too wonder about this.

Seems like they could use leg extensions to operate the pedals and maybe a grappling claw to pull the air buttons out.

I think the trucking industry is discriminatory and does not actively recruit Dwarfs.
