Maybe I misread your post, but the way I have read the reports is, the family received $150 million and Heartland has assumed all responsibility for outstanding debt.
We can watch for Heartlands next SEC filing of their 10-Q. Then we’ll have a clearer picture. Often what is reported in the press release isn’t always exact.
