Cartersville.

 

I fueled up at a Pilot that was so messed up today there wasn't enough room to pull up after fueling without blocking the way out for most of the lot.

 

I've had a few of them. Can't even run in and use the bathroom unless you want to block people behind you.

 

Another question popped up today. Do we send dispatch a message to get the express code for the lumper check? Headed to Mclanes in Carneys Point, NJ tomorrow. I used to have to unload my trailer with Dot Foods at Mclanes and it was an absolute horror show with 300 different items on one trailer.. Thank god Im done with that madness.. Now I can sit on my ### and watch tv lol.

What's the policy on Memorial Day? Is it a day off?

 

Was anyone else stuck in the traffic jam on I64 in WV northbound around mile 20 today ? A TMC flatbed lost half their load in a construction zone this morning, and the large group of people that were there looking at it seemed like they weren't sure how to clean up the mess yet. They even had a snowplow in waiting, I wanted to see them use that.

 

Ouch, how embarrassing for the TMC driver.
