I guess it is too difficult for you. I'll try dumbing down my responses to you specifically and remember im talking to a young man with special needs.

Thank you for your on topic remark. Do you know by any chance the highest temperature these critters can survive in?

I won't get into an argument over something that really means squat to me. So now that I have that outta the way....
Bedbugs will survive just about any temperature you could stand to throw at them. Maybe even a nuclear blast. Likewise, freezing them out won't work either. Aside from physically burning them with a propane torch, which might upset the owner of the truck, really the only way to get rid of them is through chemicals. They're pretty tough, resilient bugs.

    This piqued my curiosity.

Apparently baby powder dehydrates them to the point of death. May take some time, and it would be a mess inside a truck.

There's also diatomaceous earth you can spread around. Again, that would be messy.

    MilkyJay and Oldironfan Thank this.

We have had ecolab out a couple times because drivers claimed there were bedbugs. So far no test traps,, strips, glue thingies have had a single bug. So not real worried.

This is another fantasy dreamed up by a disgruntled ex-driver. However if a truck was found to have any contamination ecolab would clean it, debug it, sterilize it etc.

While at 6006 we had a driver with a medical condition and they had to come in and decontaminate all the surfaces.

Best thing i understand about these things is they don't carry diseases. Also when they bite, they release some kind of paralyzing agent so you don't feel it. Which is good and also bad either way you look at it.
