Don't sign anything. Signing is an admission of guilt whether your employer admits to it or not.

Demand a copy of whatever it is they want you to sign so you can "Have my attorney look at this."

Not with this equipment. It’s ALL slower with AMT. Can’t “make” the truck do stuff. You say what you want. Ask.

Not sure what company you're with, but with my company my camera goes off from time to time for circumstances that are considered normal. The company looks at it, along with a short time before and after and then deletes it. If there is something amiss they might ask, but normally nothing is said. It sometimes goes off for turning too quick when I am empty or bobtailing, but they have the lateral G force sensors set for being loaded not empty. Once they determine I am empty, it's deleted and never mentioned.

I hate company cameras, but we just had a driver clipped in a head-on wreck, had it not been for the camera, the other party could have claimed it was our drivers fault...and we know who get's the blame when it's our word against theirs. So, sometimes they're a necessary evil.

 

No matter how bright the lights they shine in your face, no matter how many rounds of good cop/bad cop you have to endure, no matter how many times they whack you in the head with a phone book, just keep repeating one phrase:

"I want to speak to a representative from the United States embassy"....

 

you should immediately begin to sleep naked (if you don't already) Then everyday when you climb out of the sleeper, you should "forget" to get dressed...
