is it cheaper if i move and open an llc down the road ( taxes and work and insurance ) in an specif state or just open a company without moving to that state

Open a slc in the state you live in, or move to another state and open the LLC there. Truck insurance may be easier to obtain in another state and cheaper too. With an S Corp, if you base in a state you do not live in, then you may be forced to register as a foreign corporation.
