It still will be the mergers fault: you maintaining your lane of travel; car moving INTO lane of travel from the LEFT! He should know that!

Are you willing to have a collision to prove a point? That you were on the right? Or is it better to look for a way out to prevent an imminent collision?

You should always look or have an escape. Doesn't mean there is one.

06driver, laaylor and Coover Thank this.

Never said that; but; if you are going 65 and have to slam on the brakes for a merger resulting in a freakin pileup behind you or maintaining your lane because you can’t safely switch lanes to the left, and they run into you merging: it is NOT your fault: anywhere!

I keep bringing up in grass roots the people that answer that door should all be lift certified. None of thos "Well let me see if I can go find somebody" Lady I have a radio watch this
"Manager on duty this is a Walmart Driver needing assistance at the XX receiving dock. Your receiver can not operate the lift".

Usually gets their attention. Couple stores over by St Louis have now made it policy. It is insane the person running the back room has to call for help. Get a license or be replaced.

I think anyone who works in the back room, supervisors and above should be certified. But no one has the time to train or the want to be trained.

    laaylor and 06driver Thank this.
