I just hope the damage they have done can be reversed. Talked to one of our guys that was at Spring Valley meeting. Lot of the programs are coming back. They are also aware of the need for help in dcs and shops.
It came up in our grassroots meeting last month. Question was asked how do we build back up moral in fleet and better recruit"quality" new drivers. One gentleman blurted out why is Greg ***** still here? You can start by getting rid of him. Glad to see no more 2 tier payscale. Well one out of 2 ain't bad
