    Congrats and welcome aboard. So you are where i was a year ago. Just keep your mind clear and stay off the radar. It's easy work. And after a year, depending on your dc status, you can transfer to somewhere else unless you are good where you are at? Where will you be working out of now?

    dougals is a gm dc. monroe is a gro dc. douglas is a good dc, just dont park in back at night. train comes threw.

    I just hope the damage they have done can be reversed. Talked to one of our guys that was at Spring Valley meeting. Lot of the programs are coming back.

    They are also aware of the need for help in dcs and shops.

    It came up in our grassroots meeting last month. Question was asked how do we build back up moral in fleet and better recruit"quality" new drivers.

    One gentleman blurted out why is Greg ***** still here? You can start by getting rid of him.
    Glad to see no more 2 tier payscale. Well one out of 2 ain't bad
