    Can someone explain to me, because I'm not that smart, where in this document it states commercial vehicles can't unload between 10pm and 7am? Assume the closest house can't even hear the truck being unloaded, the apu is off and the reefer is off.

    Yes that is silly. I've been to a couple of stores that were like that bust through the gate with the first stop of a M&P load to beat the local noise ordinance.

    Meanwhile in the parking lot all the ricer's with fart cans revving their lawnmower engines and such.....:rolleyes:

    lol. i rather sleep in the truckstop and have restrooms and hot coffee. then to wake up and wake 500,000,000 miles into the store and face the rude ### people working there.
