Personally I think getting a belt buckle each year is a little silly, too each their own though.

 

Do they get 1 every year? Oh well, maybe they fall apart..

 

Used to be one every year for safety award. Now it's every 5 years, you just get the little "year" pin to put in the hole in buckle.

 

The Private Fleet guys at my DC that I’m dedicated too for awhile just got the nicest Safety award jackets! That’s a really nice recognition of the great job they do each day and I really look up to all of them who accept me doing my job each day next to them.. it’s appreciated by me and my codriver Lola(my awesome dog)

 

Ummmm.. don’t think I should be specific: it’s in Indiana and everybody has been really nice to me there.... and I appreciate it sooo much!

 

I know which one. I work there.
