I left in May of last year. I was with Dynamic for about a year and a half. They were a pretty good company, got me home when I wanted to be home. I mostly ran Short haul. Columbus Ohio area to St Louis area. Often I would go to Wyoming, Colorado, pretty much where ever they needed me. Ultimately my wife asked me to be home. Now I'm driving for a local dump truck company. I still have friends who are with Dynamic. Overall not a bad company.

can you make 1500+ on a regular week there they said 55cpm for me with hazmat and all and west coast to St. Louis nice trucks less micromanaging but I don’t like their 401k plan and health insurance premiums they make you pay all the benefits of my current company are great and on an average week 3000 miles that’s 1575 gross past few weeks I seen 3350 and 3250 and 3350 and 3000 3350 is 1750 and 3250 is 1700 gross not bad at all plus 0 dollar premium for health insurance and a nice 401k program basicallly comes out to 52 bucks a week no beating period and loyalty pay which tips at 3cpm that’s basically another 4K a year and great people don’t wanna leave but you never know I could #### up and get fired for something hopefully not but I always like to have a backup plan and I can’t take a lesser paying job period. I have given up on the love of my life my ex wife for my current job cuz I’m out a month or so then 5 days off wasent good enough for her. But I usually only take the weekend off anywhere in USA and sometimes take a week off because those days roll over out of the 5 and take a vacation in Florida or something things right now are ######## like just do it like Sweden old people stay home everyone else back to normal life you can’t stop a virus like this

Bs you make 100k at r%L?! I’d believe that if it was Estes but r and l seriously pay that much? What area you run in I do t buy it man lol

@asphaltcowboy4x4 My pay was all over the place, some times I'd do really well and make close to $1000 after all taxes and insurance. Most often I would average $500. a week. You won't get rich there. If you have all that stuff at your current place I would stay put. Just my opinion.
asphaltcowboy4x4 Thanks this. -
yeah man fuuuck that I make like 1087 to 1240 after everything including a 401k deduction 500 bucks wow that’s horrible I’ve only seen that once or twice here when I went home for a week lol a ####ing week just gotta time it so you still get paid for 1200 or so miles thanksstormy379 Thanks this.
