My company has been sending out cautionary emails about the lack of freight. Apparently, there is a somewhat direct connection between that and the stock market, which I guess is still down. Anyway, our suits are telling us take what we can get, keep track of times, and get with our DM's in case we have high detention times and or layovers.

Parked at one of the Ohio Turnpike Service Plazas. They do these right; lots of truck parking, food court choices, and free showers.

Do you need your own towels
-
some of the stores will rent or sell you a towel but I have always brought my own
-
Yes. Take all your own stuff. And don't be disappointed by the shower heads. This ain't Pilot with $5 million to spend on fancy things. The price is right.
I do think they limit the hours, but I'm not sure.Last edited: Feb 22, 2016

Indiana could learn a thing or two from those service plazas!mjd4277, RERM and drvrtech77 Thank this.

The company running the Indiana toll road has absolutely let those service plazas deteriorate

I always use my own towels even at truck stops. I have a tough time trusting a min wage employee to properly wash the towels and cloths after some 450lb Neanderthal wiped his ### with it a few hours ago.
