I tried all of y’alls suggestions and still bricked. It pisses me off that I’m probably going to have to pay more money tomorrow for a piece of crap from the 1990s then for a state of the art computer system. We all should have iPads mounted on our dashboards and just run the software for ELD’s and communication. Omnitracs sucks.
My Omnitracs died. Any idea how much to fix?

Unfortunately, these units can and do conk out on you at the most inopportune of moments. But enough about my ex girlfriend.
I once had a unit go flatline and so off to the Thermo king in SLC I went. The tech guy replaced it and off I went. And then it died again. Phooey!
It was like a FIAT: Fix It Again, Tony! And so another unit was put in and finally all was well. Hopefully, your new unit will live long and prosper.Midnightrider909 and Farmerbob1 Thank this. -
I did. Did you think I had a bad battery?

I have bought and sold about 30 Fiats in my life. Most of them cost less than this unit did and were a lot more fun.Farmerbob1 Thanks this.

Yawn ... midnight stop being so cheap.
Just buy a new one.Midwest Trucker, p608 and Socal Xpress Thank this. -
Smallest car I ever drove was a mini Cooper. Such a zippy and agile car. Belonged to my mother.
What sort of mpg does a Fiat get? I once thought back during my pizza delivery days that a Fiat would make an excellent delivery car. -
I have other things I need to buy. Thousands upon thousands of dollars of unmet need.
