That was what it was, I was taking care of my ill mother who sadly passed away about a year ago. I told them this, they did not care.

All the FMCSA wants to see is 3 years of past employment driving a truck under their rules to stop people from obfuscating accountability.
You can make a statement for the past employment or whatever you did, putting the facts on paper of what you did and how long. Sign it and get it notarized. All the company has to do is have it on hand if you are employed by them for an audit. It is that simple. -
