Hello, I am looking for some advice on a company that can start a LLC and also be a process agent that can file all the paperwork and apply for my Authority. I am trying to start my own small trucking business and anyone that can help it would be greatly appreciated.
I guess what I am asking is this? Does anyone have any knowledge in the matter and any reputable recommendations. Thanks
In the process of doing one with a lawyer right now, i have a person local that does the filing, its a couple bucks but its all done, ill have to have her swap over everything to the LLC once its formed
OOIDA offers process agents and will also do your authority paperwork. LLC can be done easily on your own or pay someone like LegalZoom to do it.
