Unless maybe the trk was in neutral and rolled forward.I know one time and only once I forgot to set brake got out and started walking towards the trk stop, thank God a driver was close to my trk he jumped in and set the brk.Learned my lesson real quick. From then on I double checked every time to make sure brk was set.

What you failed to mention was that you were hurt in the accident. I know you think you are alright but you need to get to Dr. Quackenbush and have him look you over. I am sure your injuries are serious and costly.

You are not liable for an accident on their property caused by their vehicle. It is never your fault if someone trusted you.

    Nothing about this rings true.

    What model tractor?
Was engine running prior to cab entry?
    Who started teh #### thing?
If you fell into the stick and plaster body all over the dash with the knobs that has to hurt. Plus the lurch of the thing in gear and either fighting the stall or moving out throws you back into the bunk, craxk your had.

As far as you are concerned that tractor became a house of horrors, why should you continue your inspection, visit?

Does the dealer run the tractors all day all night for anyone to climb in?

Were you intending to drive it? In fact, are you 18 years old and excited to hop into the living tractor?

I have to ask because there is a predatory streak in me with looking for facts here. I thought about this event carefully and aint got #### to work with. Only vague this and that.

    You trolling us?}|

We truckers cannot help big splashy multimillion dollar damage tall tales with ennis and son handing out dollar bills to a drunking troll car driver being chased by sherriff gaylord.

What police report pray tell? Were they called?

This is a private property right? Or a commercial truck dealer? Half the state is going to throw the book at you to pay 100% and then damage and distress plus losses to pay THIER lawyer fees and possibly loss of reputation i the industry. If they can prove no one wants to visit them toi look at trucks now because some dummy wrecked 4 by stumbling over the manul transmission stick?

Drug test STAT. Blood Panel too. Let's find out why you are stumbling over sticks.

4 hoods, that's 15K a hood minimum not inlcuding parts. Call it 70K all together just in hoods. That takes care of your house on the hock. Now we are getting into the real money damages....

See where Im going with this?

Were the police called. If no citations issued no it won't affect your cdl.
Of course their attorney wants you to pay all damages.

    What does your attorney say.!!!???

I'm surprised it's not their insurance company asking for payment. May be they don't have insurance.

How did your knee hit shift lever. All trucks I've been in, that is next to impossible. All manual transmission.

Guess they should have had the wheels chocked!

Tell them to pack sand. Make them file a law suit to get paid.

It was aimed at trying to get op to mention if it was or not an auto. Makes about as much sense as anything else in the story does.
