Try turning the set point lower and run continuous until you find that temp that maintains the trailer temp you need.
-
You need to confirm what the actual numbers are. It’s possible that it’s at the right temp but showing a wrong number.
I always keep a thermometer in the rear vent door. Depending on if the product was hot or at temp, then it should read within a degree or two of the return air temp. -
First what is the load? Some loads are fresh HOT and take time to cool down. Heck I got a -10 load on right now and not even at -1 yet and it's been 24 hours. This load was hot when put in my trailer.
rachi Thanks this. -
What temp was the product when you loaded

The whole load might be rejected when he gets where he's going. Like the said, defrost it first off.

Idk about thermokings but see if you can turn the airflow to high and see if that works, if not then turn of the fresh protect mode.
