Need Help? Ultima 53 "Ready to Install Software"

    Reefer is 2001 Utility w/ a Carrier Ultima 53 on it. Went to turn on reefer and " Ready to Install Software " popped up. Disconnected batteries to try and reset but didn't work. Any body know the fix or do i need to connect it to a diagnostic software to update?

    Figured out the problem, water got to the computer of the unit, let it air out and she fixed her self

    Ouch. Water creeps in between wiring insulation and into PC boards and causes corrosion over time. It's good to let it air out so it doesn't immediately short something out, but there may be problems further along down the line. Might be a few years.
