    As others have said, park it, document everything, refuse to drive any further until company is in compliance.

    If you got to walk away, a weigh station is a great secure location to leave the truck. Just sayin...

    You now know about the truck, its in the computer, you need to have paper/tags overnighted. Hut all stickers.
    Or just leave and go home, they probably wont pay you for the load anyways

    I'd do what judge said, give em a chance to overnite everything to you and $1000 advance. If they dont, (probably wont) park the truck in a safe place and then get on the greyhound to your next job.

    Currently I'm hanging out with all you fine fellows at a ta.

    I am under load being asked to deliver to New York I live in South Carolina I just don't want vehicle abandonment on DAC

    I could care less about getting paid I don't want to lose my future ability to earn money
