    Tired of running midwest regional. Looking to run all 48 as a solo. Offered lease purchase/trainer position at CRST. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

    I agree.

    If it was my tractor I bought for that kind of money (and commitment) I'll be ###### if a trainee is going to trash it. If CRST is trying to be cute and saddle YOU with the incidental cost and damage fixing from a trainee activity then they are doing well if you allowed it.
